Article Processing Charges
The UNIVERSAL RESEARCH REPORTS(URR) is committed to providing a platform for high-quality research in the fields of Multidisciplinary studies. To support the costs associated with open access publishing, manuscript handling, and maintaining the highest publishing standards, URR levies an Article Processing Charge (APC).
APC Structure:
For Authors from India: INR 5000
For Authors from Other South Asian Countries: $100
For Articles with Female Authorship: $100 (regardless of the country of origin)
For Authors from Rest of the World: $150
Fee-Waiver Program:
URR understands that some authors may face financial constraints. In our commitment to ensuring that financial barriers do not impede the publication of valuable research, we offer a fee-waiver program.
Authors can apply for a fee waiver which may reduce the APC by up to 50%. The decision to grant a waiver is based on the financial needs of the author(s) and the merit of the work submitted.
To apply for the fee-waiver program, authors should follow the instructions provided at Fee Waiver Program. Please note that requests for waivers must be made prior to or at the time of submitting the manuscript.
APC Payment and Timing:
The APC is due after a manuscript has been peer-reviewed and accepted for publication.
Invoices will be sent to the corresponding author or the institution funding the research, as specified by the authors.

Transparency and Use of Funds:
APCs are used directly to cover the costs of managing the peer-review process, journal production, online hosting, and indexing, as well as ensuring that articles are freely accessible immediately upon publication.
URR operates on a not-for-profit basis, and all fees are reinvested into maintaining and improving the quality and scope of the journal.
We believe that this APC structure supports our commitment to open access and the dissemination of research globally, while also providing options for those who require financial assistance.
