The Immigrant Experience and Human Connections in the Novels of Jhumpa Lahiri

Abstract

Jhumpa Lahiri's literary works are known for their comprehensive examination of the immigrant experience as well as their nuanced depiction of the web of human relationships. Jhumpa Lahiri is a well-known novelist who is of Indian heritage. She is known for writing heartbreaking novels that cross the junction of identity, culture, and belonging. This research aims to deconstruct the many layers of Lahiri's narrative by conducting an in-depth examination of her works, including The Namesake, Interpreter of Maladies, and Unaccustomed Earth.
