Abstract

Man is the beautiful creation of God. As been quoted by William Coupler, the 18th century poet “God made the country and men made the town”. So whenever we discuss about human resource development, we mean each and every citizen of our country. He/She may be a teacher, student, doctor, engineer, whether educated or uneducated. We can say that the progress of every state depends upon the ability, capability and potential of its citizens. So for the development of any nation, we need to create a democratic environment, so that it can provide political, social, cultural and economic training to its citizen to provide an opportunity to enable them to grow into a mature, responsible, dynamic and resourceful and devoted citizen ready to serve the nation with full sincerity, Zeal, and devotion. One should keep in mind that the social environment influences the quality or the value of an object. Each social value enters into the environment and become the part of country. We have made tremendous achievement in certain fields like education, computer education, space industry, auto mobile industry, women empowerment etc. We can proudly claim to be the part of a rich nation.
