Abstract

Many people are interested in inclusive education, which is the practise of include students with intellectual disabilities in regular classes. This literature review takes a critical look at the pros and cons of including students with intellectual disabilities in regular classrooms. Both intellectually impaired and typically developing students' educational outcomes, social growth, and disability perceptions are investigated. The report also examines the elements that affect implementation effectiveness and stresses the value of individualised assistance and adjustments. The report goes on to compare several inclusive education methods and make suggestions for how to improve the integrating procedure. This study seeks to offer useful insights for educators, policymakers, and others interested in supporting inclusive education practises by analysing the existing literature.
