Abstract

The method by which a nation is kept in excellent operating order is known as educational administration. In order to successfully support the development of human attributes, proper material is being used in this procedure. Techniques and processes that are used in conformity with defined policies are included in this category. When all resources are made accessible and used, an enterprise's goals may be achieved. Planning, organising, funding, directing, monitoring, inspecting, and evaluating are some of the duties of educational administration. Additionally, it is concerned with the establishment of educational objectives as well as evaluation, feedback, and innovation.
