Abstract

Provide findings from studies that examine the relationships between students' social and emotional intelligence and their study habits and their desire for academic achievement in higher education. Several studies by different authors have been analysed and included into the current analysis. Researchers discovered that including considerations for students' emotions into the classroom led to improvements in test scores across the board, especially in mathematics. From what has been said above, it is quite evident that this research's conclusions run counter to those of the earlier study in several ways. As a result, it's safe to say that kids' emotional intelligence isn't the primary determinant in determining their academic success. Having a high EQ is helpful, but it is not required in order to boost academic performance. Success in life does need such a high degree of emotional acuity.
